2 cans white shoe peg corn
1 small chopped onion
1 cup mayo
1 cup sour cream
1-2 Tbsp. chopped jalapenos
2 cups grated sharp cheddar
In a large serving bowl, mix all ingredients together and chill overnight.
Serve with Fritos.
